How the CIAP
pipeline works

IAB sets the standard

IAB develops the CIAP qualification framework in partnership with India’s National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) and Veranda Learning.

Graduates qualify

Indian candidates complete the CIAP qualification — gaining accreditation to IAB’s professional standard in bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, and management accounts.

PABS deploys

Pacific Global Solutions hires CIAP graduates and deploys them into IAB member practices, handling the employment relationship and ongoing management infrastructure.
